The Kirkwood Cashback offer is only available at certain developments on selected plots, and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers
This offer is only available for a date of entry on or before 30th of June 2023 and for reservations taken on or before 21st May 2023, where the reservation fee has been paid
This offer (subject to the following terms) is 5% of the purchase sale price of your Kirkwood home, up to a maximum of £36,499. Eg. if you bought a Kirkwood home at £539,995, a deduction of £26,999 at the legal completion stage of the home purchase would be applied to your final account.
The total financial offer will not exceed 5% of the agreed sale price (up to a maximum of £36,499) of the property (disregarding this offer and any other financial incentives and/or additional sums you agree to pay for upgrades and extras)
