We are pleased to announce the launch of our showhome sale and leaseback scheme, giving you the opportunity to purchase one of our exclusive showhomes and lease it back to us.
Situated on prominent plots across our desirable developments, our showhomes are always built to the highest standards and specifications featuring a number of additional extras such as soft furnishings, quality flooring, stylish furniture and upgraded fittings. As part of our showhome sale and leaseback scheme, you will receive a guaranteed 7% gross annual return when you purchase one of our luxury showhomes and lease it back to us for an agreed period of time.
How it works
- Purchase one of Kirkwood Homes' luxurious and desirable showhomes, built and finished to the highest possible standards with all flooring, furnishings, fittings and landscaped gardens
- Lease it back to Kirkwood Homes for an agreed lease period (18 – 36 months dependent on the development)
- Receive a 7% gross annual return on the property purchase price
- Save on factoring fees and council tax as these will be paid by Kirkwood Homes
- Kirkwood Homes will fully maintain the property over the lease period
- At the end of the lease the property benefits from a further 2 year maintenance period and a 10 year NHBC warranty
- At the end of the lease period you have a brand new fully furnished home ready to move into, lease or sell
