"The living spaces are generously sized and flexible which is ideal for our family. There are plenty of spacious rooms where we can all come together, but there’s also enough space if the kids want some peace to themselves (this is especially important when raising teenagers!). We’ve turned the formal dining room into a snug which is just ideal to relax in such a busy household."

"Our home is so versatile, especially the spacious bedrooms - one of which is on the ground floor. We’ve been able to use one as a guest bedroom which is just perfect for having family and friends stay with us, while we have converted another bedroom into a home gym. I’ve always been passionate about fitness, and because of the generous space in the room I’ve been able to fit in a spin bike, weights, mats and more!"

“The open space and peacefulness we get here is what allowed us to get a dog too. It wasn’t really suitable to have a dog when we lived in a flat, but now we can open up our back door and he can run about and come and go whenever he pleases. We often walk him all the way around Sauchen or to the castle that's not too far away. Sometimes we take him up to Dunecht Estate as well which is only a 5-minute drive.”
