The Kirkwood Homes Customer Hub

A digital platform we use to communicate with our customers throughout their buying journey

What is the Customer Hub?

There are 4 key sections within the Hub:

  • Live information about your new home: this includes the latest estimated move-in date, what build stage your home is at, upcoming milestones and a payment tracker

  • Updates: this is where all the messages, photos and videos you are sent from our team will be displayed in chronological order

  • Documents: access to all of the important documentation related to your new home, as well as helpful documents we share with each of our customers at various stages of your journey

  • Contacts: contact information for all of the key contacts associated with the purchase of your new home. You also have the ability to add your own contacts too, to keep all contact information in one easy-to-access place

How does it work?

To access your account, click the link in your invitation email. You will be prompted to set-up your log-in details.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to see all your updates, information and documentation in one single place.

When we update your project in the Hub, you will receive a notification via email and/or SMS. In this notification, you will have a link to access the hub - and you can then view what has been updated since you last logged in.
