Job title: Sales and Marketing Administrator

Kirkwood Homes, one of Scotland’s longest established new home builders, is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic team.

To succeed in this position, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including great verbal and written communication, and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities - Marketing administration

• Assist in the execution of marketing strategies
• Assist with the digital marketing across various platforms
• Assist with marketing campaigns and copywriting
• Work closely with our digital marketing agency to execute key marketing activities

Key responsibilities - Sales administration

• Assist the Sales Team/Manager with all administrative tasks
• Create client files, log them, and update the finance system accordingly
• Upload client and development information to the customer hub
• Work alongside suppliers to create and approve orders
• Collate and produce all necessary literature for the sales centres
• Collaborate with Construction Director to update reports and schedules

To succeed as a Kirkwood Sales and Maketing Administrator, you'll need to have:

• Superb administrative and IT experience

• Experience of working in a sales/marketing department

• A general understanding of accounting systems

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work solely and as part of a team

• Willing to learn and adaptable with a can-do attitude
