Step 1

Initial enquiry

If you’re interested in using our Part Exchange service, you can start the process by either filling in our online enquiry form or speaking with the dedicated Sales Advisor at the development you’re interested in, either on the phone or in person. We will ask for details about your current property, as well as the Kirkwood home you are interested in reserving.

Step 2

Valuations

Initially, we request a desktop valuation of your property and subsequently make a fair offer to purchase. You can then decide if you’d like to accept the offer and move forward with Part Exchanging your house and reserving a Kirkwood home. If so, we will organise and pay for a home report which will include a firm current market value.

Step 3

Accepted offer and reservation

If you accept our offer and wish to reserve your new Kirkwood home, just pay your reservation fee and we will de-list the relevant plot.

Step 4

Marketing

In some instances, we may commence marketing your current property, which could involve you granting access for viewers, though in most cases, marketing does not start until you are vacating your current home. All marketing is paid for by us, meaning you’ll save thousands of pounds in estate agency fees. You will continue living in your home right up until the date you take ownership of your brand new Kirkwood home.
