Job title: Sales Assistant

Hours: Thursday-Sunday 11am-5pm

Location: Aberdeen city / shire, Scotland

Kirkwood Homes, one of Scotland’s longest established new home builders, is currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join their dynamic sales team.

To succeed in this position, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including superb verbal and written communication, along with a positive attitude and friendly disposition.

If you have proven experience in a customer-facing role and are passionate about contributing to the success of a leading luxury housing developer, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities - Customer interaction

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the marketing suite or showhomes, creating a positive first impression
  
• Collate client information to share with the relevant Sales Advisor
  
• Upload accurate information to the CRM
  
• Ensure showhomes are clean and well presented for visitors
  
• Report writing
  

Key responsibilities - Product knowledge

• Familiarise yourself with Kirkwood's range of housetypes, developments and available homes
• The knowledge to answer general questions customers may have regarding our homes/the development
• Accompany clients to stock plots and/or advise of plot locations

To succeed as a Kirkwood Sales Assistant, you'll need to have:

• Superb communication skills

• A customer-friendly and approachable manner

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A willingness to learn and adaptable with a can-do attitude
