Kirkwood Homes, one of Scotland’s longest established independent luxury house builders have recently completed an in depth analysis of their ongoing customer satisfaction survey and it is has revealed that in 2010 Kirkwood Homes received a 100% satisfaction rating from its customers and that 100% of our customers would also be prepared to recommend Kirkwood Homes to their friends and family.
“This is an outstanding result and one we are extremely proud of”, states Managing Director, Colin Crombie, “As part of Kirkwood’s Customer Charter, our aim is to ensure our customers experience a superior standard of excellence and quality in care and professionalism from the very first enquiry, throughout the purchasing experience right through to the day of handover and post completion. We contact all our customers six weeks after they have moved in and ask them to review -by way of completing a Survey form- their experience living in a Kirkwood Home and the customer service they have experienced throughout the buying process”.
Mr Crombie continued. “At Kirkwood Homes we pay attention to every aspect of our business, from the design of our homes, through to the quality of build and finish as well as the way we present ourselves and communicate with our customers. We try to ensure that we provide the best possible service at all times. We are delighted that the results of our survey show that we are achieving this goal”
Mr Crombie went on to explain that Kirkwood is renowned not only for its prestigious standards in design, build and finish, but also for the relationships it build with its customers, founded on tailoring solutions to facilitate the home buying process. Kirkwood Homes has introduced Kirkwood Key Solutions to further enhance the relationship with its customers. Key Solutions is implemented by tailoring solutions to the individual purchaser to try and make the home buying process as easy as possible. “With our Kirkwood Key Solutions formula, we listen to our customers, we compile a clear understanding of their individual requirements and case by case we do all we can to help make it happen”, Mr Crombie said.

Kirkwood Homes currently has 6 developments throughout Aberdeenshire and Moray, at Fettercairn, Laurencekirk, Stonehaven, Insch, Keith and Fetterangus. Show Homes on these developments are open Thursday – Monday 11am-5pm. A new development of 3,4 and 5 bed luxury homes in Monymusk is due to be released in the spring of this year. A further two developments at Echt and Baldovan on the outskirts of Dundee, will be released in spring/summer 2011.
