Kirkwood Homes are delighted to announce that in 2010 we received a 100% satisfaction rating from our customers.
As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers and our desire to ensure that we afford our customers the highest level of quality and customer care both pre and post completion, we contact all our customers once they have settled into their homes and ask them to review their experience of purchasing and living in a Kirkwood Home.
Our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service has continued in the first 3 months of 2012 with 100% of customers continuing to be satisfied and 100% prepared to recommend us to their friends and family. Whilst we are delighted with these scores we are not complacent and realise that we must constantly adapt and listen to ensure that we are providing the highest level of customer service. We will therefore throughout the year continue to update our customer survey scores.
